Metal Roofing
We service nearly every variation in metal roofing. Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Governmental roofs. New or Replacement. There are two primary standard types of metal roofing in the market: Standing Seam Metal Roofing and Exposed Fastener Metal Roofing. We offer both and they are very different products in terms of aesthetics, price point, budget, and life span. We have a collective of 100 years of metal roofing experience to make sure that all your details are handle expertly.
Shingle Roofing
We offer traditional architectural/dimensional shingle roof replacements. All our jobs include removal of the existing roof and replacement with the shingle color of your choice. We can install any manufacturers shingle, whether it is a standard architectural shingle or a specialized shingle. Most of our residential jobs last 1-2 days. We take care to do little extras to give you a finished job: we use the proper hip/ridge cap shingles, we install metal drip edge all around, we use ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, and replace all flashings with new flashings. We also offer a 5 year guarantee against leaks.
Single Ply Membrane Flat Roofing
For flat roofing applications, built in gutters, dead valleys, and very low slope roof applications, we offer a variety of single ply membranes for your needs.
Maintenance and Repair
We can setup your home or commercial property for annual maintenance visits. Inspecting your roof with a trained roofer can help prevent leaks before they start. Suddenly have leaks? Storm damage? Need someone right away? Been putting off removing a chimney? or re-roofing a porch? We can help!
